Jackie received her doctorate in higher education finance and administration from the University of Arizona. Her dissertation examined “Community College Funding: Environmental and Institutional Influences” and has been published in the Community College Journal of Research and Practice. She has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in industrial management from Georgia Tech. Her undergraduate degrees are in English and psychology from Lehigh University.

Prior to joining CGCC, Jackie has served as Vice President for Paradise Valley Community College and Assistant Dean for Finance and Business Support Services for ASU’s College of Nursing. She has previously served as interim Director of Continuing Education at the University of Arizona and as Assistant Vice Chancellor of Financial Operations at Pima Community College in Tucson.
