Fitness Center Policies 

Spring 2014 Hours

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
PED115 LIFETIME FITNESS Students may use the fitness center anytime during normal operating hours. Lifetime Fitness students also have access to drop into group fitness classes as available. 

​PED115 students must attend an orientation before working out in the fitness center.

More information will be available on Canvas for students who are registered.

​The Williams Fitness center offers a full line of cardiovascular exercise training equipment, resistance training machines for full body training, and a complete free weight training section.

​Each of the fitness center faculty members have advanced degrees in Exercise Science and Personal Training or Strength and Conditioning Certifications through accredited organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
