Advising & Admission Requirements
Students interested in the Maricopa Community College District's Nursing Program are encouraged to learn more about the program via these advising workshops. To sign up for a workshop please visit: https://remedy.cgc.maricopa.edu/nursing/. All workshops are hosted on the CGCC Williams Campus. Sessions with Ms. De La Torre are held weekly.
Ms. De La Torre also sees students in her office on Williams Campus, Student Services, BLUF 101-J on a walk-in basis:
Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Potential applicants are urged to meet with the Advisors each semester. Applicants must complete a Student Information Form and request that all official colleges/universities transcripts are sent to the Admissions Office. The following are required for admissions. - High School Graduate or GED
- HESI Assessment (HESI A2): All applicants must score at a 85% or higher in the English language composite score and 75% or higher in math within 24 months of application.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance is required for admission into the program.
