Description

Job Summary
Performs a variety of financial aid duties including data entry and file
verification.  Provides excellent customer service to students both in-person
and by phone, filing, creating new student folders, and assisting office
staff with various reports and projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
-   Customer service experience
-   Computer experience using various software including databases and on-line
systems
-   Effective communication skills, both oral and written
-   Experience with standard office practices and procedures
-   Self-starter
-   Ability to multi-task
-   Organizational skills

Desired Qualifications:
-   Knowledge of federal financial aid regulations
-   Experience with the verification process as it relates to financial aid
-   Knowledge of F.A. programs

Hours/Wages:
40 hours
Spring Semester Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5pm
$10.00 an hour (no benefits)

Length of Assignment:
January 14, 2013 through June 28, 2013
